Requirements Driven Outline (RDO) Specialist |
Sifts solicitation documents and delivers a Requirements Database (requirements extracted into a MS Word and/or Excel file, Compliance Matrix (requirements list indexed by solicitation paragraph with a column for proposal section), RDO, and Planning Guide for page budgets and author assignments. |
Color Team Reviewer |
Reads solicitation and capture documents. Assesses compliance and messaging. Provides constructive and actionable comments on material submitted for review. Provides feedback in the format and timeframes established for the review. |
